New Release - Fitness Planner

This week I am releasing a fitness planner as
part of my digital planner range.
This planner can be found in both the A5 and large
sized format that match the previous planner releases.
No automatic alt text available.
Large Planner's OR A5 Planner's

There are also some Inspirational Words to
compliment the Large & A5 Fitness Planner
Large Or A5

Some fun images to use to decorate
Here

A fantastic selection of Fitness Gals
3 designs and sentiment
in PNG 7 JPG

You can find them
HERE

I have been really busy creating an entire
fitness planner as I really want to live healthier.
I have printed off the pages that
are relevant to the fitness plan I wish to focus on
then decorated to make it feel more personal.
I use the 'MAMBI' punch and disc system to bind my planner,
as I had 2 sets of medium discs in different colours
I thought it might be nice to alternate the colours.

As you can imagine this sort of planner is quite personal
so I will not be filly filling it out but showing you
how I have set it out and decorated some of the pages

This is my front cover I found a fun patterned paper to
use as the background of my cover and coloured one of
the Fitness Girls with Copic Markers
As the Pattened card I used for the cover was double sided
I decided to add a pocket so I could store my stickers etc
On the opposite page I printed the Belongs To document,
It has plenty of space so you can add images and yes I had to
add some cool Washi Tape!
Next is the Year at a glance document which again I added
Washi Tape and coloured the different month headings.
On the opposit page I used some more double sided pattened
card with a tab at the side saying TARGET.
I wanted to used one of my favorite inspirational sentiments
that says
"Getting There Is The Goal.....
Not How Quick You Get There".
also using some of the wonderful images and a
Fitness girl to create this sweet scene.
I will be add my Targets for my healthier living plan
in this section. Again I thought is would be good to have
a pocket on the back using more of the images and
inspirational words. On the opposite page I used the document
that allows for a large section of writing and a photo
which I think is good for me to record my starting point
visually as well which you can understand I may not
wish to share that part lol
I hope you have enjoyed what I have shared with you today
and will be adding more on how I have chosen to use and
set out my Fitness Planner.

New Release Horizontal A5 & Large Planner Add On!

Hi everyone
well some of you may or may not know I have created printable Planners
and today I have released the Horizontal A5 & Large Planner Add On!
with lots of extras you can add to the original "My Basic Planner".
If you did not know then I have 2 sizes an A5 and Large you can find
My Planner Category
A5 My Basic Planner 1
and now
 Horizontal Planner (A5)
My horizontal weekly layout
Using the A5 version.
Printed the layout style I wanted and all the decorative Icons.
I used yellow & orange ink pads to blend the layout background and then in a
darker orange stamped a honeycomb pattern .
I used sweet sentiment stamps to also help create a fun background.
I used the small flowers coloring them in Pink to create interested to the background
and stuck them on.
I stuck the panels on so it created a neat clean writing space.
There are also pattern Panels  and I chose the matching flowers, I used this for my least
active day but was also able to make it interesting by adding the post it/ pin which is blank but decided to add an inspirational stamp and a small checklist.
I used the days and numbers the nice thing is that you can put them were ever
you like but I chose to add at the side and top left.
The honey pot was another image from my shop which I think
made it look really cute!
As you can see I carried the theme onto the next page using the weekend banner
and small blank banners again you can decide were you wish to stick them.
The panels on this page are made up with a medium and a small rather than the
medium and a column you can mix and match to suit you.
Within the kit you get a bonus digital image to use there are a few versions and as you see on this page I used to one standing on the flower.
This image has always been one of my favorites so thought it would be nice to add it as a bonus.
Here is the little bee free standing.
You also get the flower and a pattern paper, there is so much in this add on and could not possibly have shown it all !

SPONSORSHIP'S PLEASE READ

SPONSORSHIP'S PLEASE READ
I wish to let you know that I am un able to access the email
that the Sponsorship were under and it is unclear when
I will be able to BUT not only that and it is embarrassing to say that I do not have a list of those challenges I was sponsoring.
I know that is so not professional and we live and learn...
it is not an excuse but my PC failed me and I had to get an new one but alas I thought I took all the info from it but ....I did not.
This email is not under my account and made by my Sponsorship Team Leader and she is un accessible at the moment through no fault of her own and I know when she is able to reach me she will.
So it is with sad regret that for the near future
I will need to cancel any Sponsorship dates for the coming month(s)
As soon as we can get back in to communicate with you all we will update you.
My sincerest apologizes

Here is my project to day and it is a
Journal Page Called
"Live, Love, Laugh"

I used my Copic Markers to colour my image
which I did one as a full image and the other as a close up.
I covered both my pages in white Gesso.

Using my YUMMY Dylusion Paints I added splashes of colour her and there on the pages
when done I felt they were too bright as I wanted the clown colours to pop!
So I used my white Dylusion Spray which is opaque
this made my colours when blended more of a pastel tone
which I LOVE
In some places were I wanted a stronger white area
and the colour to not show through I used Gesso.

I also used her stencil for the squares around the edges
I found that the pink/purples were the only colour that seemed to allow the
opacity of the colour to show through the white??
but I liked it non the less lol

using Texture Past and a small dotty stencil I randomly added areas on my page
to add texture and interest.

I added my fussy cut coloured clowns to each page and added some shadowing
so as to make the images more part of the background and make them pop
I used Faber the grey Castell Pitt Artist Brush Pens and rubbed to mack it softer.
The coloured lettering was from a VERY OLD scrap kit box I had
which were in the PERFECT colours!!
they were self adhesive but considering how old they were I thought a bit of extra glue would be a good safe guard lol

I hope that your enjoyed my project
and remember to join in the fun <3
